After meeting your guide you will head to Chora Museum which was first a Byzantine Church then converted into a mosque at 16th century. Today it is a famous site because of the frescos and the mosaics dating Byzantine era. After visiting here we will walk to the city walls of Constantinople and follow the walls through Golden Horn. When we get to Golden Horn we will find ourselves in Balat, another old district where the non-muslims used to live. Here we will explore the alley ways of Balat one by one. This is also where we will give a lunch break. After lunch we will continue to Tahtakale where the locals of Istanbul do their shopping. Here we will walk through the bazaar, visit Rustempasa Mosque and Spice Market. Then we will walk back to your hotel.
